Shipping & Order Confirmation

Orders will take 1-2 working days to confirm. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number after the order has been processed. Expect the delivery to arrive 4-7 working days after the confirmation e-mail has been sent. For international shipping, send an e-mail to contact@ourtenement.com.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales after payment are final. No refunds.

To be eligible for returns or exchanges, items that are in new condition and free from damages by the customer is a must. Items must be returned in their original packaging for it to be accepted. Please send us a photo of the issue at contact@ourtenement.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges must be processed within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please allow 7-14 business days to process return requests.
